I went in to talk about a car loan and mentioned paying off my current loan. I was helped by a lady named Bri. She was very confident and had the knowledge to back it up. I was super impressed with her during my situation. You can tell that she had compassion for people and thoroughly enjoyed her job. There are people who do their job and people who go the extra mile to share resources etc to get you where you need to be. She sets a perfect example of how customer service should be!
