I had a great experience with Star Bank. Haleigh was really helpful with helping me with my decisions. She set up my new accounts, explained everything and all went smoothly. I have been a customer since 1987 and never been disappointed.
Been with STAR for over a decade now. I'm grateful for the fraud alerts. Even if it's sometimes on transactions that I did, I'd rather it be oversensitive than not catch it. And it's easy to approve or deny. I've found the online banking to be user friendly, and I absolutely love that I can deposit a check on the mobile app right from home! I'm very disappointed in Star Bank. Their fees for various services are excessive. They pay poor interst rates on their accounts and CD's. They don't have tellers at their drive-up windows. Instead, they have a video screen. The AI they use to answer the phone is annoying. I am closing my accounts and moving them to a bank that provides good customer service.
I have only had great service from Star. I have used this bank forever. They are number one in my book. Couldn’t ask for better people to trust with my money. Thanks for all that you do.
