Been with STAR for over a decade now. I'm grateful for the fraud alerts. Even if it's sometimes on transactions that I did, I'd rather it be oversensitive than not catch it. And it's easy to approve or deny. I've found the online banking to be user friendly, and I absolutely love that I can deposit a check on the mobile app right from home!
