I’ve been a customer since 2004. Always easy to connect with a person on the app or on the phone. Always friendly and helpful in person and in the drive up. Can’t complain about my banking experience with Star.
Star associates and staff go above and beyond to accommodate customers. I’m very satisfied with the way you are served and treated there. Haleigh is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I'm very disappointed in Star Bank. Their fees for various services are excessive. They pay poor interst rates on their accounts and CD's. They don't have tellers at their drive-up windows. Instead, they have a video screen. The AI they use to answer the phone is annoying. I am closing my accounts and moving them to a bank that provides good customer service.
The Star Financial Bank at Cross Street is the best. They provide exceptional Customer Service. They are always personable and professional, with a smile.
As both a personal and a business customer of the Anderson Cross Street STAR Bank, I appreciate the professionalism and helpfulness of Haleigh Walker and her staff. At times I have to make foreign wire transfers and they have stayed on top of the STAR software to make these transfers easier. They are good people to work with and they care about their customers.
