I have been very happy banking with Star for a number of years now. The good folks at the Coventry branch have always been very friendly and helpful with all of my banking needs. From multiple accounts, HELOCs, and mortgages on properties, they have always been super helpful. They also have the best automated teller machines I've ever used. Multiple times I have needed to take out large sums of money on the weekend for buying vehicles or equipment, and their teller machines allow me to access that even outside of regular ban... read more
At the Coventry branch, Brian, Lori and Payton provide top notch service in a friendly atmosphere. This crew always answers questions or concerns quickly and goes the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. They know us by name and it is a pleasure to do our banking there!
I have several reasons why I prefer banking at Star Financial at Coventry. The biggest and most important reason is about a year ago we had made an online purchase and payment through PayPal for an item that never arrived. Several email and phone calls later, PayPal said they would reimburse us, however the last call with them actually wasn't PayPal, but a phony customer representative. I had to stop in to cash a check (something I seldom do, I usually use the drive-up), when I walked into the lobby I was greeted with smiling faces & a ‘What brings you in today?’ I asked for a deposit slip (which is no longer needed, oops!) & was advised it’s paperless! My deposit & cashback was done quickly & without any problems! Even though STAR Bank is in the ‘Big City’, I felt a very home-town atmosphere. I have banked with STAR for many years & will continue in the future. I would recommend STAR Bank to everyone!
The Coventry branch of Star is the best. Brian, Lori and Peyton are great to deal with, very personable, professional and provide the best banking services. They always greet you when you come thru the door and tell you to have a good day when you leave. Our only place to bank. Thank you all :)
