Brian and his staff have always treated me with professionalism and friendliness when I have any banking needs. Brian is an excellent manager and has provided me with outstanding customer service. I enjoy banking with his branch because any “problem” I have gets resolved in a timely manner.
I moved to Ft Wayne about 5 years ago and chose Star Financial Bank for all of my banking needs and boy was glad I chose Star Financial Bank. In this current age of electronic capabilities which have mostly done away with in-person business relationships it is important to me to do business with a bank that provides me with great customer service. Manager Brian Reinhart at Star Bank at Coventry is super in this respect. His staff is awesome as well, and I am greeted and treated cordially and professionally. I appreciate knowing that my questions and concerns will be appropriately and promptly addressed. I am happy to give Brian five stars in this review.

Every time I need to go into this branch office, the employees are very considerate of my needs, my questions get answered and I am normally given more information on something I didn't know about. Always a pleasant experience.
