I recently had the pleasure of working with Servpro after a water damage issue in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Henry and Darien were professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. What really stood out was their attention to detail and genuine care for getting things back to normal as quickly as possible. The technicians were courteous, respectful of my home, and kept me updated throughout every step. Many thanks for all their hours of hard work.
Water mitigation was great but restoration was horrible. Was told job must be paid in full up front. Went through 2 shifts of people coming out before anyone started the work. Was told work would start the day after the second visit to discuss the work being done and this was not true. First day, team didn’t start work until 1pm. 2nd day they didn’t show up at all due to a flat tire. The company I work for had to call on SERVPRO due to a water leak/flood. Zach and Kole and the rest of the crew came out ASAP, they assessed the damage and went to work quickly. The entire crew was great! They worked diligently and efficiently every day they were here. When their work was done at the end of every day they were here, they made sure to clean up after themselves. Once they were completely done with their task, they came back to do a final cleaning.
