We hired ServPro to remove a mattress and box spring after the death of my brother in law. This was a heartbreaking loss, and we relied on them to handle the removal of a mattress with biohazardous material. Instead of handling this as professionals, they absolutely created more stress for our family. They did not box the mattress as they should have. Grateful! We are so happy with all that was done and the process. Travis, Dan and crew were informative, friendly and easy to work with. From the cleaning process to the restoration process, I was kept in the know with what was to happen throughout each step.
