We had a flood in the basement. SERVPRO of Northern Westchester County came promptly after our initial phone call. They cleaned and sanitized the area as well as the adjacent room. The specialists wiped down the walls, removed the door and removed the discarded items. They then installed and left the blowers for a week to dry out the area. I had a mold issue in my basement. Servpro came with all the right equipment and personnel and did an excellent job, in a short amount of time with minimal inconvenience . I would highly recommend them for any type of clean-up or mitigation issue.

They came within a couple of hours of me calling on a weekend day and cleared out my entire basement after a flood, had the dryers, fans, etc. set up and communicated clearly and often. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat, I just hope I never have to.

My parents were in a tough spot right at Christmastime. Their sewer had backed up & the person who came to snake the drain did not tell them that he didn't clean up the waste that had backed up into the downstairs bathroom & bedroom. My parents are in their late 80s and trusted this person. Well, my husband arrived later that day from Virginia to this mess in my parents house. immediately responsive; really knew their stuff. cd have taken a bit more care removing water-damaged and -threatened possessions (e.g., file drawer contents were simply dumped into boxes when they cd have been placed; hundreds of books just dumped with little attention to what might conceivably be rescued)--altho i know that with water damage--esply in the humid days of august--time is of the essence. overall, wd certainly go to them first were we to have another disaster like the one they worked with us on.
