John and Owen were fabulous! They did a wonderful job mitigating my kitchen after I had water damage. They were clean, professional and answered any questions or concerns I had and made sure I was aware of what they were doing during the whole process. I would definitely recommend these guys!
Great experience with Carlos and his crew! My basement flooded and they were out removing the water in no time. Carlos, Owen, Gabe, and John did an excellent job with the removal, leaving me confident in their work. Servepro was recommended by our insurance company. They use subs who placed our countertop in a position where it broke and then servepro lied about it to our insurance company. It took about a month to get a hold of anyone. Every time I called I was told the person i needed to speak to was in a meeting or in traffic. They refused to provide their insurance info. My apartment flooded not too long ago and Joe Hyland from ServePro was managing the remediation process to get the water out and dry it out. While the dry out process came with some unexpected difficulties, Joe made sure that those issues were adequately addressed. Additionally, Tom Erickson checked on me throughout the progress of the remediation efforts to ensure things were going well. Great team!
