Once Servpro schedule our project they did a great job of updating their progress. Tim the project manager was easy to work with and addressed any issues that came up. We are happy with the results of our project. We would use them again if needed.

I am not good with cell phones and think I have written reviews for Triston - Recon, Josh - Recon, Willy - Recon, John - Recon - PM , and Brian M, PM. I can't say enough about all of them. Great team players. A home disaster can be very overwhelming. They all were very nice, explained thing well as well as answering questions. They went beyond taking care of the project, at the same time taking care of this stressed out client. Never felt that getting this project done we're on my shoulders. I thank you guys.

Brian, M PM. Brian was great and followed the case along the way. By phone and in person. Very knowledgeable about working with insurance. Working the insurance interaction took a lot of stress off my ordeal.

John - Recon - PM. John is like the recon air traffic controller. He came in and started the train moving. He checks on things in person and by phone. Again, nice man. Explains everything and answers question in terms the customer understands. Pleasure working with him.

Willy Recon. Sweet guy and very helpful. He is quiet but when that big smile comes out it is infectious. Works well and follows directions well. He was a delight to have helping.

Josh - Recon. What a nice skilled knowlegable can do it all person. Takes his time to explain and answer questions. Does an excellent job and does it right. He is, plus Triston, and Willy my heroes and I am very confident with their work. The team works well together and help each other out.
