Lee and the ServPro crews were brought in to tackle a ceiling issue that was caused due to poor installation of our solar panels. All of the teams that came into our home were kind, courteous, helpful and top notch at their craft. In less than one week, they had the ceiling out, insulation out, new insulation placed, ceiling back up and then painted along with the walls. We were happy overall with Terron and the ServPro team addressing our water damage. Coordination was good and the crew was very professional. The only negative was when the drying equipment was removed without telling us nor giving us feedback on the final moisture readings.

Ben and Ken were the best we could have hoped for! They made a nightmare situation seem manageable. Explained everything that they were doing, what was going to happen and what to expect thoroughly. They were fast and worked really hard. Everything was perfect. Thanks guys!

We were very pleased with the crew Heath sent to our house. The were on time and went about the job very professionaly. Also, they were very pleasant team, ready to answer any questions we had. Most of all, they did an excellent job. We would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of scheduling and the ability to get a team to my home so quickly. All of the techs - Ben, Ken, Josh, and Trent were excellent - very personable and knowledgeable. Ben explained the process and answered all of my questions. They helped to mitigate a stressful problem and I am now confident that my leak issue will be effectively rectified.
