Lee and the ServPro crews were brought in to tackle a ceiling issue that was caused due to poor installation of our solar panels. All of the teams that came into our home were kind, courteous, helpful and top notch at their craft. In less than one week, they had the ceiling out, insulation out, new insulation placed, ceiling back up and then painted along with the walls. Trenton and Josh were phenomenal in quickly identifying the root of our problem, prescribing a solution, and getting to work. Their timeliness and communication through the home visit was top notch. Prior to their visit Team Wall made sure that I understood the process - intake was immediate and they were at my home quickly before the problem got worse. We’re not done yet, but so far I’ve been very impressed with my experience. Servpro is great, but Team Wall is the best of the best.
