Lee and the ServPro crews were brought in to tackle a ceiling issue that was caused due to poor installation of our solar panels. All of the teams that came into our home were kind, courteous, helpful and top notch at their craft. In less than one week, they had the ceiling out, insulation out, new insulation placed, ceiling back up and then painted along with the walls. Ben and Ken were the best we could have hoped for! They made a nightmare situation seem manageable. Explained everything that they were doing, what was going to happen and what to expect thoroughly. They were fast and worked really hard. Everything was perfect. Thanks guys!

Servpro cleaned our basement after sewage backup and water damage. Ben and Christian were very professional and got the job done quickly, including replacing cardboard boxes that suffered water damage. We were very happy with them.

Trenton and Josh were phenomenal in quickly identifying the root of our problem, prescribing a solution, and getting to work. Their timeliness and communication through the home visit was top notch. Prior to their visit Team Wall made sure that I understood the process - intake was immediate and they were at my home quickly before the problem got worse. We’re not done yet, but so far I’ve been very impressed with my experience. Servpro is great, but Team Wall is the best of the best.

We were happy overall with Terron and the ServPro team addressing our water damage. Coordination was good and the crew was very professional. The only negative was when the drying equipment was removed without telling us nor giving us feedback on the final moisture readings.
