One year ago in December 2024 we had a terrible fire in one of our duplexes in Grand Island caused by our tenant's son using an electric heater. I contracted with SERVPRO to do the total rehab on a 1- year project. I was lucky to get CHAD one of SERVPRO'S Contractors who did great work on the project from start to finish. I am very impressed with the service. Trish, Kirk, Susie and all the other employees that assisted in my cleanup were very professional and accommodating. Recommend a 5 star plus rating!!!!

I called this company hoping to get an estimate for repairs. They said they had closed their offices in Lexington and Grand Island and were going to charge me $500 for an estimate, especially since the people would be coming from 2 hrs away.

Don and Morgan blew me away! I didn’t expect that they would be able to make my carpet look like new. I just wanted to see if it could be made livable. It had pet stains, spills, and an overwhelming odor. I called them and they were able to come out the next day. They agreed it was bad but they thought it may be salvageable. This company was absolutely amazing to work with. They responded on emergency line and took care of my problem with care and diligence. Could not recommend a better company. They were all so helpful, nice and caring. We are so thankful. Side note - Trisha and Susan were rockstars helping with claims and processes! Same with every member on the crew.
