Justin came out to investigate a roof leak in my home. He was professional and knowledgeable and above all honest and kind. As a single mom and home owner I am skeptical with contractors these days because of some bad experiences with dishonesty and bad work in the past so I was expecting the worst possible outcome. I had the displeasure of working with Project Manager Brant Sims today in regards to a mold inspection of military household goods. When my claims representative made the appointment with Mr. Sims, he agreed to a 10 am appointment to complete the inspection of my items and I also replied to a multi email thread where he was included that I would be attending the inspection. This was a terrible experience. I do NOT recommend using them at all. They collected my money up front then came out and wrote an estimate for things I never ask for. Then I could not get them to return my calls. They finally came out weeks later after chasing them down. Then, get this…. He tried to charge me $600 to simply cut out 9’X10’ of carpet and pad. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. They scheduled visits on multiple occasions and would no-call no-show. My wife and I both missed several days of work just trying to make accommodations for them. I finally had to call my insurance provider to get them to pick up their equipment after the drying was done. When the "remediation " was completed they left the furniture everywhere, sheet rock all over the place and the plastic for the furniture balled up in my living room. Very unprofes... read more
