This was a terrible experience. I do NOT recommend using them at all. They collected my money up front then came out and wrote an estimate for things I never ask for. Then I could not get them to return my calls. They finally came out weeks later after chasing them down. Then, get this…. He tried to charge me $600 to simply cut out 9’X10’ of carpet and pad. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. They scheduled visits on multiple occasions and would no-call no-show. My wife and I both missed several days of work just trying to make accommodations for them. I finally had to call my insurance provider to get them to pick up their equipment after the drying was done. When the "remediation " was completed they left the furniture everywhere, sheet rock all over the place and the plastic for the furniture balled up in my living room. Very unprofes... read more

Kym was fantastic did a great job with follow up and made sure everything was just right. Thank you Kim for your attention to detail and a job well done. We certainly had a mask on our hands and you made it all better just like it never even happened.

Daniel and his team are amazing!! From the time i made my initial call to the day they removed their equipment was AWESOME. They took a terrible situation and made it look like "It never even Happened" I would recommend this company to anyone in their time of need!

Servepro did an excellent job of cleaning up the damage at our house. The water had ran for about six weeks while no one was home, so the damage was significant. Three employees, Carla, Roxanne and Dustin really did a fantastic job. They had to work in very humid 90% and hot 100+ conditions in full suits. It was not a fun job and while I was around they never complained and were very helpful and very pleasant to be around. They made the experience as positive as it could have been.
