This Servpro team was amazing. When our basement flooded the team arrived right away and stayed until after midnight to get things cleaned up and make the area safe for us again. They were very kind and checked in regularly to see how things were going. They even hauled away some of the damaged items for us. Hopefully we will not need them again, but if we do I would not hesitate to call them.

With all the work that goes into selling a house, we really needed an outside company to clean our carpets. They came ASAP and did an amazing job. Even with the chaos of moving, they completed them in a timely manor. Will use them again!

When one of my employees came down with COVID-19, I was instantly in a state of panic. Thankfully enough, SERVPRO of East Central Cincinnati was readily available to deep clean and sanitize my entire office within a day. They made it possible for me to keep working everyday and keep myself and my other employees healthy. Whether it's an instance as big as a fire or flood or as small as a deep disinfecting clean, their team is always professional, kind-hearted, and gets the job done far better than any other company I know!!

We forgot to remove a hose from the outdoor slicker over the winter. Outside workers turned it on. Unfortunately, our finished basement filled with 5inches of water and a floating carpet- I called Servpro right away. They came out with a few hours, extracted the water. The next day they installed equipment. Four days later, we are ready to start putting the basement back together. Thanks for the speedy reply and mitigating the Damage. In addition, appreciate the daily check in and pre calls.

Do not use! This company is unethical, non responsive, and takes advantage of people experiencing emergencies. I had water damage in our lower level and procured Servpro for service. They came out dropped fans and went radio silent all the while charging me by days. They do not have transparent pricing and after fighting the ridiculous charges for near non existent service they adjusted the days but not the price. This essentially escalated the price per day. PRO- Arrived promptly for water remediation (Fridge leak through floor to basement) CONS-1)Verbalized and implied mishandling of insurance claim. "Insurance has to make you whole." Showed up once. Left their equipment to pump out our crawlspace of rental property. Alleged that they sent people out multiple times, which our tenants told us was untrue. From Dec 20th to Jan 26th their equipment ran without anyone visiting the site. No progress was made and the same water remained. Our tenants electric bill was $145 higher for the month and they went without a kitchen. We were given a $1,400 bill for their "work" of plugging their equipment in and making zero progress. A big rip off! DO NOT hire their services. They will ask you if you have insurance first and they will call them even if you tell them that you would be self-paying for the services. They will insist that they need to know the insurance company ("to cover their back"). Once they know what the allowable limit is on the policy, they will price their services (usually a bit more than the limit - saying that you are only responsible for the delta!).
