We had serious damage from a water leak in our office. They delivered on their promise, and this restoration service came highly recommended. Their team worked quickly to dry and clean everything while being kind and polite toward our staff. They even assisted us in filing an insurance claim. A neighbor's pipe burst causing flooding in my condo in East Boston. Jim came out the following day to assess the problem and started working on mitigation efforts right away. He checked in regularly from start to finish and always was available to answer any questions. He and his team made a very stressful situation less stressful which was very much appreciated! Will absolutely recommend them going forward.

Excellent response! Mom mother's home had the hot water heater go and 40+ gallons of water was leaking out overnight. When it was discovered in the morning, it was a Sunday. I called Servpro and they sent out a team that day. The water leaked into the first floor apartment, damaging the wal to wall carpet and pad, along with some other issues. The lead man, I forget his name, put me in touch with Jim McCabe and Marc Goya. They kept me informed with what the process was going to be and dealt with the insurance company. T... read more
