We had a surprise heavy rainstorm that overloaded our sump pump and flooded our basement. We called ServPro and they responded right away. They sent a 3 man team, Curtis and Wazzy, out the next day. And they fantastic! They were very polite. They called ahead of time to announce they're arrival. Then went to work immediately and quickly. I have nothing but high praise for these guys. ServPro have truly amazing and professional teams! Highly recommended!
Carlos and Gabe are a great team! They are polite, friendly and always had a smile. They explained what they were doing at each visit and what to expect going forward. We had a surprise water leak (aren't they all?) and needed some professional help. Called them early on a Sunday, discussed our options, and settled for an on-site visit for Tuesday. Trevor and Kimon from SERVPRO were there in the early morning to help with our insurance adjuster, walk through the damage, and then immediately got to work. We recently used ServPro for a water intrusion from above in our condo in Minneapolis. Curtis and Antonio were wonderful to work with! They were out within hours of calling and Curtis made sure to communicate everything with me even when I was not on site. Couldn’t recommend them more!
Laina Kaskinen was extremely helpful answering questions and making some adjustment to the invoice based on the work done in our home for water removal. Everyone that I spoke to, from the employees who did the water removal to company management, were respectful and competent. I highly recommend SERVPRO.
