Our pellet stove filled the house with smoke and everything needed to be cleaned and deodorized. Andrew and his crews were amazing! They worked carefully, diligently, and were 100% professional and thorough. They had to clean inside every closet, cabinet, ceilings, walls, floors, and steam clean carpet and upholstery. 4-5 people on the job for 6 days and every single one was amazing. Special thanks to Cecelia and Joel and Andrew for making it all right.

This company was amazing to work with. They came out after trees fell and put holes in my roof and broke windows. They boarded and tarped everything up and cleaned up. This held me through the rain storm a few days later. They use Two Brothers roofing to do the work and they were awesome! Highly recommend! They eased my mind during a horrible stressful mind and submit straight to insurance.

we can't say enough about the job that servpro hockessin/elsmere did in mitigating the damage to our basement after a flood, and the subsequent repairs and restoration. their fast response really made the difference in the amount of further damage from smells, mildew, etc. the office folks really helped with dealing with the insurance process, lightning quick scheduling, answering all of our questions, really putting us at ease as they guided us thru the process. every one of the crews that came to our house was knowledg... read more

I just want to give a big shout out to Anthony and his team for the great job they did in cleaning out the molded dry wall in my basement. They were professional, patient, courteous and always had a great attitude. I watched Anthony instruct and lead his team with great respect and they all had a great relationship with one another. We had a small outside fire and Servpro of Hockessin came to do emergency restoration and smoke cleaning. They did a wonderful job of cleaning my house and were very thorough. They left my house better than it was before and I am glad they were here to help me! I would definitely use them again. The crew that came everyday were friendly, efficient and did a great job! If there was a choice between drowning and calling Servpro, I would choose drowning. My sump pump broke and flooded my basement. There was no more than 2 inch of water one area and after they ripped out the carpet and brought in some blowers, I got hit with a $7000 bill. We were told our insurance authorized such a high number and the equipment was the reason. Insurance covers this, but this is more than half of my claim. I had to get them to come back because they missed some vents to clean the first time but honestly the second set of 2 guys they sent it were amazing! The one guy asked me questions and made sure we understood each other. He was so thorough,kind but professional. They worked so hard to clean the vents and redid the interior of the duct work once again to make sure everything was clean as possible. My car was flooded to the point of the cup holders were full with water. I called in a panic to Servpro and they took me right away completely dried my car out, Rebecca was kind and compassionate. I was in a complete panic and she calms me down and the team fixed my car. My mechanic said they did such a good job that there is no electrical damage. This could've been a disaster Thank you so much for your excellent service!
