I called because of a leaking skylight and received an inspection the same day, at the close of business on a Friday no less. I was so amazed at how responsive this team was to my urgent situation. I ended up with a complete roof repair and new skylight installation due to hail damage. Brian made the entire process smooth and effortless. Hi Ron everything about the project and materials we are very happy with Brian was great working with can’t praise him enough. The only problem was when we received the final billing there were things on it that we got billed for that were never done, and which we didn’t need, painting, plumbing. Again Brian took care of it and the problem was taken care of.
I needed a new roof on my house, and needed it right away. I called Schmidt Roofing on the recommendation of a friend who had his roof replaced a few months ago. They got started right away, and finished in a couple days. I was very satisfied, and also glad I didn't have to worry about my roof anymore. I'd recommend Schmidt Roofing anytime.
Very good company to deal with. Brian C. was of great help through the whole process. He was always available and answered any questions I had. Also the individual that answered my initial phone call was very helpful as this was my 1st time going through insurance. I would have given 5 stars but there was a few pieces of siding and a box of nails that were laying in my yard for 3 wks that had blown into the neighbors yard that I had to pick up. Would highly recommend.
