Fantastic experience doesn’t even begin to cover everything I experienced with Schmidt Roofing. From start to finish I received professionalism from Tristan, Logan and the crew who did the work. They were very helpful and patient through the process: answering all of my questions. I never felt like I was a bother or an inconvenience of any type. I needed a new roof on my house, and needed it right away. I called Schmidt Roofing on the recommendation of a friend who had his roof replaced a few months ago. They got started right away, and finished in a couple days. I was very satisfied, and also glad I didn't have to worry about my roof anymore. I'd recommend Schmidt Roofing anytime.

Very good company to deal with. Brian C. was of great help through the whole process. He was always available and answered any questions I had. Also the individual that answered my initial phone call was very helpful as this was my 1st time going through insurance. I would have given 5 stars but there was a few pieces of siding and a box of nails that were laying in my yard for 3 wks that had blown into the neighbors yard that I had to pick up. Would highly recommend.

Hi Ron everything about the project and materials we are very happy with Brian was great working with can’t praise him enough. The only problem was when we received the final billing there were things on it that we got billed for that were never done, and which we didn’t need, painting, plumbing. Again Brian took care of it and the problem was taken care of.

So, I don't usually leave reviews but I have given up on Schmidt. I called to set up an appointment to have a flat rubber roof looked at. I was told someone would call me too set that up. He called and we had an appointment set up. They didn't show up for that appointment. I called him again and had another date set up and he again didn't show up. I called again and talked to someone else. She said that she would leave him a message to call me. He didn't, twice. I called her twice and still no call. I understand that places ... read more
