Recently I had the pleasure of working with Sam L from Schmidt Roofing on tear off & replacement of the roof on our house & garage. From the moment of our first meeting I could tell Sam was very knowledgeable about the roofing business. He was always available from step 1 to completion. If you live near the St Cloud area, Sam is the person you would want assisting you with your roofing needs.
Sam, in particular, went above and beyond what was required. He always made himself available to me and quick to answer any questions. The roofing crew were both polite and cleaned up after the job. The front office did splendid work in dealing with the insurance company--advocating hard for our point of view. This was our second hail repair job with Schmidt and, if another unfortunate incident occurs, they will be our first call after the insurance. Thanks for the help guys!
