I was so troubled and worried about my things and the expense… but it all worked out with my things being picked up/packed and delivered as discussed and planned… and I was contacted on a regular basis confirming this. The people who packed and moved the boxes did a wonderful job. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. They had to pack and load from two different apartments, and thus had a lot of boxes to move. I was completely satisfied with how they handled the job.
From the packing to the moving, each and every person who was involved in my move was kind and hard working. This industry has a lot of bad players in it who are dishonest. NOT SO with Planes Moving and United Van Lines. These companies stood by their estimate and the customer service point person who was assigned to my move kept in contact throughout, making sure my needs were met and my questions were answered.
