We had a flood , water damage to our house last year. We talked our homeowners insurance and they recommended us to Paul Davis. I took quite awhile from start to finish till the work was completed. I'm enjoying my new kitchen, bathrooms and utility room. Those were the rooms that were damaged.

Overall it has been an OK experience. There has been a lack of communication in the departments of Paul Davis. My HOA originally gave them the wrong insurance to work with. I was able to clarify things and get the right one to come out and give an estimate. That estimate was then sent over to me and Paul Davis. A month went by and nothing happened. I finally got in contact with enough people in my insurance, the HOA, and Paul Davis to realize that Paul Davis didn't give out the correct insurance to work with throughout all d... read more

We been waiting since January to get my mother in laws kitchen fixed and they have only put our cabinets in. We haven't been able to eat in our kitchen diner due to NOTHING being done in the last 6 months. We called and there excuse was they were under bad management and new management came in? They did a horrible job getting things done quickly and done WELL. Barely able to finish drywall and carpet. It took 5 months for them to get started on my cabinets. 10/10 DO NOT recommend.
