We contacted another company (S.M.) and were given a week of confusing misspelled email. Paul Davis had a human answer the phone and our questions was helpful and pleasant. The crew was efficient and effective and communication from the project foreman was helpful and excellent. The job was done well and the follow up prompt. Excellent communication of expectations and process.

After our positive and pleasant experience with Paul Davis Restoration, we recommend them without reservation. All of the team members who performed the mitigation and later restoration were pleasant to work with and they all were highly skilled from the project directors to trades people and the in house support team. They did an excellent job of recruiting and managing the various subcontractors that the job required.

Gabe at Paul Davis did an amazing job repairing our interior water damage. We have a lot of custom woodwork in our house, and he was able to match the new materials perfectly to the existing ones. He did such a good job that we wouldn't have been able to tell there was a repair made if we didn't already know where it was. The team also was great in working with my home insurance to make sure everything was approved and processed smoothly. I can't recommend them enough.

Paul Davis Restoration was called by an employee of the building management The workers who came in destroyed two closets and a bathroom, leaving the elderly owner in a home that was unsafe. They left a 71-year-old woman without a toilet for almost two months. The shower tub piece were left in the middle of the bathroom. The owner was left without use of the bath sink and the shower for nearly a year due to the disagreement. Isaiah and Jarrod performed our work after we experienced a broken water main pipe in the boiler room of our condo building in Stillwater, Mn. The professionalism, workmanship and pleasant manner was a joy. They came on time, worked until 6:35 PM when they completed the initial task. Cant say enough, perfect gentlemen and hard workers.
