Paul Davis was there for me when our garage and house caught fire. When 2 other board up companies couldn’t help me on a cold January night, I called Rob Zappa and he said they would be there and I would be boarded up in less than 2 hours. Rob came over and waited with me until the crew got there and it was 1 1/2 hours to secure our property. Rob went over what I should expect, which was helpful during a traumatic time, and he earned my business that night for the restoration. The Paul Davis team and specifically Rob, have been great to work with and have kept me updated on the rebuild process. I highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration and Rob Zappa.

I’ve used PDR multiple times and they are professional, thorough, quick, and take extreme care of our items. They recently packed up my 2,000+ square foot condo and took care when wrapping TVs, fragile pieces of furniture, and even individually wrapped each plate and cup! Was extremely impressed with the care they took. They did this all on the hottest day of the summer within 6 hours, too. Would hire again!

The house we are currently leasing and are in the process of buying with a closing in April, suffered a water loss due to a sewer mainline failure. The Emergency Services team at Paul Davis were quick in responding to our loss and arrived as promised. David Hicks and his team arrived and immediately began extracting the sewage and placed air movers, dehumidifiers, and anti microbial into the affected area. I couldn't be happier with David and his team. They kept us informed every step of the way and were strong advocates for us and out new home when dealing with the insurance adjuster. Big shout out to Andrea who was on sight every day!

We were not happy when we found some mold from a slow shower head leak in our master bedroom and into my sons basement below us. I didn’t know who to call as I’ve never had this issue and was kind of embarrassed. Thank goodness I reached out to my LinkedIn Connection Jacklyn Christian and asked if Paul Davis would be able to assist in this issue. She was quick to get me in contact with Jake Johnson and he helped me quickly by coming and inspecting our situation and giving us a reasonably priced quote. He was available via email and text and communicated very well throughout the process. Reid Larson and Vincent Thompson were the techs that came and did the demo, cleaning and clean up. They were both very professional and treated our home like their own. They completed things in a timely manner and everything looks good to go for us to seal it all back up. I would recommend Paul Davis of Greater St. Paul and Minneapolis for any small or large mold remediation project. Their team was quick to action. Being I had never been in this situation I called another Company too and they never called back so I’m glad I made the right choice! Thank you Paul Davis!
