Great place and very friendly staff. I had my echolight test ( differs from DEXA scan) done to check my bone health. The office also offers complimentary session which I am excited to try. I highly recommend this place to our patients for prevention of osteoporosis and osteopenia. It’s great to prevent disease earlier.
OsteoStrong is amazing. One time per week, which fits my schedule, provides the ability to stregthen my bones. I love using the extras they have on site as well, especially the Biocharger. So much for my health and wellbeing. I'm very happy with OsteoStrong.

I have been going for a little over month now and I already feel a huge difference in my strength, balance and flexibility! To be honest, I was surprised it could make a change in such a short period of time. I see the most difference with shoulder exercises. Before I would be in pain lifting very light weights, now I not in pain and I am lifting heavier weights. Also the staff is friendly and warm!
They take time to walk you through the whole program. It was free to visit and try things. It’s a little expensive for me. I wish it was covered by insurance. Also, I’m going to be moving and I don’t think there are any locations near where I’m moving to, but I wish there were
