The staff were courteous and prompt. They took pictures of parts that needed replaced and let me decide if to replace them or not. There were no pressure sales and I will definitely return to their shop for my next oil change.
In the most often negative world we live in it is easier for people to only complain if something goes wrong rather than to compliment where a compliment is due. Here is my story and compliments for Westside Meineke Car Care Center and store Mgr Walt. I live about 7 miles west of Bloomington. Terrible! Staff cannot work on any vehicle given to them properly. They are very lazy. All staff should consider a new day job. Tools poorly invested in. CEO of company should consider hiring all new non lazy ASE. Certified staff. These guys are always stressed out and seem grumpy in there daily lives. they hate there life so they want everybody else to suffer. I wasn't pleased with not being. Told of certain details on my vehicle ..I didn't know anything about an inspection ..I should have been asked if I wanted this done ..I just went for an oil changed..
Disappointing to learn this location charges more per hour for labor ($159) than the Toyota dealership. ($154) It's shocking actually, I'm not sure how this could possibly be or why anyone takes their car here if they can have Toyota certified (or insert whatever car dealer) mechanics work on their car instead, while receiving OEM parts. If you're paying the piper might as well get yourself the best parts possible is my takeaway from this hard lesson. I assumed by taking my Toyota here I'd save some money.
