Aaron and his crew got me in and out of there! Aaron went the extra mile for me, dude literally got out of his office, walked over Discount tire next door and got my new tires himself!!! Talk about fast service. I’ve never seen the general manager do it himself. Over all satisfaction and service. I’m gonna start coming here more often. His actions further confirms this is the right place to get the job done.
I brought my car in to have the air-conditioning repaired. I was initially told the work would take two days, but it ended up taking four. What was most frustrating wasn’t the delay, but the inconsistent updates. When I called for a status update, I was told the car was being worked on. However, when I called again the next day, I was told no work had been done the previous day. I had gotten my brakes done last week at a Meineke in Las Vegas but they were already messed up with the same problem again. Kareen checked my brakes and confirmed the LV Meineke stripped a bolt hole on the Brake Caliper so it was already missing a bolt and about to fall off. Anyway.. Kareen is amazing and replaced the broken Brake Caliper and fixed my brakes absolutely FREE of charge!! She is the BEST!!
When I arrived for my appointment for an oil change, I was told they didn’t have the oil to do the conventional oil change and they’d have to order it. Or, they could do the more expensive synthetic oil change right then. Reluctantly, I agreed to do this. When they advised me of some other issues, I said I’d take care of those myself, including tightening the battery cable posts. The improvement in this place in the last year is unbelievable! I have used them for my oil changes for convenience in the past. But, yesterday my experience was fantastic! The change in staff has made a huge difference in my confidence. I am so happy to recommend them now.
