Tim went above and beyond!! I wasn't sure of what work needed to be done, just that I had electrical issues. He did a great job in explaining the project, and completing it efficiently and effectively! When I had a follow up question, he responded immediately. Also, it was quick/easy to schedule the work, and the pricing was clear. Amazing service- highly recommend!

I can not thank Paul enough! He found the problem … which the contractor of my house said it was not electrical. It was. He even spoke to the contractor for me. Amazing service and great guy!
Everything has been great with this business so far! From the call I made Sunday, to the technician coming out on Monday to fix, I felt very confident that I was getting excellent service. Tim answered all my questions, and helped us figure out what way we should go to protect our 1960s house. Then I found a new issue today, and within 20 mins of letting Tim know, he got everything scheduled to come and get the situation sorted tomorrow. Definitely highly recommend, and will be using this business in the future!
Mike provided explanation of how our issue could be occurring and then offered options of repair for consideration. All options were fully explained. The repair was effected and the service was completed. All interactions were professional.
