I used Koenig for both a PM and repairs to my John Deere ZTR and could not be more pleased. They not only fixed the issues, but resolved a couple others I wasn't aware of. The end result: it runs like new. Or maybe even better!
I purchased a D130 Lawn Tractor in July of 2017. The sales staff was very professional, friendly, and informative. Since the purchase I have had the mower serviced yearly at Koenig service department. The mower is picked up on time, serviced by expert technicians, cleaned, and returned on schedule. The parts department is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable people. I will do business with Koenig equipment as long as they continue to be there.
Salesman was not pushy, & listened to my questions, without offering his opinion until I was done asking. Very respectfull. The delivery showed up on time, with a brand new Roll-back. He called me a half hour prior to showing up. Everything about this purchase from Koenig was a good experience. Thanks.

My salesman David Noel was awesome, he responded to calls,texts,and emails quickly. He worked for a week to get me a deal on a machine that worked for me. David made the experience much easier. I had another machine in mind that was going to cost less but his service put Koenig over the top.
