I've always had good experiences with the Franklin IN location. Have used the parts dept for years. Bought a 2020 1025r new, purchase experience was great. Follow up service has been great. Even came to me to do recall vs scheduling and having to take my machine in.
I purchase a John Deere 2025R, with a bucket and backhoe, from Koenig Equipment in Franklin. I have had it for almost a month, and I am very pleased with it. The transaction was very smooth! I would have give 5 stars, however; I purchased a 6 year implement plan with the tractor which allows me to use implements without having to purchase them. Kind of like a free rental program. We absolutely love Koenig Equipment! They are always so welcoming and friendly. Anytime we have a question, they are patient as they discuss it with us. They have great service and we highly recommend them!
I used Koenig for both a PM and repairs to my John Deere ZTR and could not be more pleased. They not only fixed the issues, but resolved a couple others I wasn't aware of. The end result: it runs like new. Or maybe even better!
