I have been shopping for an Ariens Deluxe 24 Snowblower. The big box stores carry them and offer discounts, but they don't work on them if something goes wrong. I contacted Koenig Equipment in Franklin, IN as they show to be an Ariens dealer on Ariens site. Fortunatley I spoke with Matthew, he was not only professional, but very helpful with ordering this machine. I had my lawn mower serviced at Koenig for routine yearly service. I have no complaints - only satisfaction. Everyone from Service Dept. to pick up/delivery was courteous and helpful. My John Deere mower is a good product and I would highly recommend Koenig Equipment.
