Fantastic Dealer! I’ve had a stubborn issue with a tractor for a while now, and while we have all been frustrated with the intermittent electrical problem, The service department has been exceptionally responsive and accommodating with both timely responses, as well as fair and reduced billing during this troubleshooting time! Parts department is always helpful to look up the parts and get you back in the field asap. The service department also does an excellent job of helping you solve the problem or getting technicians out to your farm as needed to keep our operations running. Thanks to everyone at Koenig!

Greeted with a hello when you walk in the door. Staff was helpful in taking care of your needs. I purchased a used tractor, it had a few minor issues I wanted to address. They looked into it and fixed it before delivery. Can't ask for anything more than that, I was pleased.
