What a joke . Needed 75w90 pumped back into a rear end . Rear end was cleaned out and empty just needed filled . I would have done it at home but due to weather I thought we would just take it in lol . They quoted $149.99 just to pull the plug and pump in 2 qts of oil !!!!! No wonder they are always standing out waving their signs looking for work .

This place tries to literally scam you out of your money never come here every single time I've been here I say I want the Simple oil change and they charge me 100 dollars and I never pay that when there's a 50 dollar option. These people are pieces of shit

My boyfriend and I called about 35min before closing 05/23/2020 asking if we could come in for an oil change. We were told yes as long 15min before closing. We came in at 6:43pm. We were greeted by a worker who asked what we needed, we said an oil change and he said they wouldn't be able to do it. My boyfriend said nah we called and was told yes. We were here in Wichita visiting family and as we are leaving, we stopped in Jiffy Lube and they did a fluid check for us checked our tire pressure and oil. The S Seneca location was very clean and the employees are top notch. So kind and courteous. Keep up the great service. So happy we stopped in. They have won my business even in California. THANKS JIFFY EMPLOYEES OF S SENECA STREET. YOU ALL ROCK!!!!!

I got my oil changed about 2 months ago. They did not get the filter on properly, and it started to drip on the dust cover. Because of all the airflow under the car, the oil blew everywhere, now it cost me 20 dollars for a new filter and 1 quart of oil, and however much to clean up all the oil from under the car. This is what you get when you let 16 years olds change your oil, lesson learned.

I have learned that I don't need them to do anything other than an oil change. They are not mechanics but they will act like they are, attempt to upsell you on everything. I get it, you have to make a living and you get paid commission on up sells but when I drive a car that is 3 years old and less than 50,000 miles on it, doesn't need a transmission flush.

Very friendly and helpful. Quick and efficient service. They didn't try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need. But the main reason I am giving them 5 stars is this: they told me my rear differential fluid needed to be changed. I had had another Jiffy Lube in another state change the rear dif fluid at the last oil change. When I informed them of that they said the other place must not have cleaned out the casings properly and then they changed the fluid for free. And that is no small cost.
