Appalling experience from beginning to end! I would leave zero stars if I could. I should have known from the beginning when the employee behind the counter passed me the keyboard and turned the monitor towards me to fill in all the required customer information into their system. I wondered why they verbally placed so much emphasis on the fact that I can come in for a top off of oil anytime. So, I never checked my oil when I left and should have.
