Went in to get my oil & wipers changed. The staff was very friendly & efficient. My wipers wouldn't come on, so they changed the fuse...still nothing. We finally realized they wouldn't function with the hood raised, thank God !

the service was great. the lady was excellent i didn't get her name. i just didn't like that i went to get a oil change they checked it and i asked them if it was full and it was but they didn't say or ask if i would still like to get a oil change or not. To me if its full then i wouldn't think i need a oil change and the first thing i would ask the customer if they would still want to get an oil change. The oil change was fast . They told me my battery needs replaced and a belt needed to be replaced over 400 dollars worth of work. To it to my mechanic to double check and he said they did not need replacing. So they try to rip people off

Typically do a great job, I go pretty consistently to the same shop. The staff are nice. The service is fast, maybe too fast. This last time they forgot to screw the plate under my car back in place and I didn’t notice until it was dragging down the interstate.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. The female associate Alissa C was the nicest person that I've ran across. She won me over from the time she checked me in. I will be coming back and I will bring plenty of business your way.
