I went to the location on Hwy 24 for an oil change because I can’t wait 3 hours for even a free oil change at the dealership. They were polite and worked fairly fast. They lost my oil cap, so the 10 minute oil change lasted much longer. I later discovered that they did not put the screws back into my engine air filter. Professional, everything to spec even used a torque wrench on the drain plug, not pushy pushing stuff you don't need but checked everything. Usually do my own oil changes and DO save money doing that but sold recent home and tools are in storage currently. Even tho i paid a little more and let them do it, I'm very satisfied. Good job guys

My experience was a 10/10. When I arrived the entire crew was very polite, on point, and informative. Due to their thorough check they even let me know about some issues that could be the cause of problems I've been to several people to check out. The next day I called because I didn't see the coupon I had applied. Just wanted to double check so I could use the coupon for another vehicle if not. I drove up and was able to get prompt, attentive service. The attendants were professional, cheerful and represented their company well. I recommend this location as their management is based on high standards. I felt confident that the services rendered were of their utmost priority.

The only thing that I felt could be done was, when removing the cabinet filter the mice had shredded paper and it was left on the floor mat. But everything was OK. I have to be honest the cost was compatible with the Honda dealership.
