Professional, everything to spec even used a torque wrench on the drain plug, not pushy pushing stuff you don't need but checked everything. Usually do my own oil changes and DO save money doing that but sold recent home and tools are in storage currently. Even tho i paid a little more and let them do it, I'm very satisfied. Good job guys
I drove up and was able to get prompt, attentive service. The attendants were professional, cheerful and represented their company well. I recommend this location as their management is based on high standards. I felt confident that the services rendered were of their utmost priority.
First time going to a jiffy lube, and I recently moved to the area, so I was a bit apprehensive. Woman working at the front make me feel super welcome and at ease. Staff were very kind, patient, and helpful.
I came in for a simple oil change but what I did get was much more. They went over my Truck from the front to the back. An employee came in afterwards to let me know of some issues they found will need to be addressed in the near future and what each repair would cost . I had no idea that some of the things they mentioned were in need of repair I was very impressed with everyone. You can bet I will be back soon to see about getting some of the things they found fixed. Thumbs up to your crew.
Great service, first time ever going somewhere other than the dealership for an oil change. Very fast, no appointment needed, very friendly staff. Felt like the job was very thorough. Will be going back to this one.
