the service was great. the lady was excellent i didn't get her name. i just didn't like that i went to get a oil change they checked it and i asked them if it was full and it was but they didn't say or ask if i would still like to get a oil change or not. To me if its full then i wouldn't think i need a oil change and the first thing i would ask the customer if they would still want to get an oil change. The one thing I appreciate was your honesty. You didn’t lie and try to embellish things wrong with car. You gave me a choice. I am a senior single woman. I appreciated the top offs that were free and the answers to questions were true. I have recommended you many times.
Well first I took my newly acquired used car in for check up and ended up getting gaskets replaced, I was pleased and returned to do more work. Asked for the heat to be fixed and replace cv boots and axles but they only replaced one because they couldn’t get the other one out but never fixed heat problems only saying we did the thermostat but never checked to see if heat worked. Told I was going to get a call back but never did.
I went to the location on Hwy 24 for an oil change because I can’t wait 3 hours for even a free oil change at the dealership. They were polite and worked fairly fast. They lost my oil cap, so the 10 minute oil change lasted much longer. I later discovered that they did not put the screws back into my engine air filter. I went back to have them check a noise under my hood. After waiting for 15 minutes I parked and went inside. There was no one working in there. I went out and stood by the bay door but was ignored. My experience was a 10/10. When I arrived the entire crew was very polite, on point, and informative. Due to their thorough check they even let me know about some issues that could be the cause of problems I've been to several people to check out. The next day I called because I didn't see the coupon I had applied. Just wanted to double check so I could use the coupon for another vehicle if not.
