Stopped by Jiffy Lube to get the oil changed in my 2001 Ford Ranger! The staff was absolutely amazing! They made sure to protect my seats, floorboards and steering wheel! The service was quick, about 15 minutes! I had absolutely no wait time, but I did arrive at 8am! Highly recommend for your oil change needs! Will definitely go back when needed!
Very pleased with the communication by the Technicians there. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and my vehicle was returned to me in clean and repaired condition with no issues. I’ll definitely be back for future work.
I was nervous to go to chain stores however the team here treated me very well. They were knowledgeable and I felt comfortable with what they were doing to my car. I also found out there are a lot of services this shop does they can be beneficial!! I will be back!!!
Not pleased at all really. Couple things I specifically requested I always believed it was a given with any oil change...it has been anywhere else in the past. That is to top off all other fluids and check air pressure in tires...which in my case would have reset computer allowing me to know where everything stood...hence I'd know "what else"! They were so kind and nice! Very helpful but not pushy on additional maintenance. Cam was so kind with me because it was my first oil change and I don’t know anything about it or cars. Everyone here is so nice and fast!
