the service was great. the lady was excellent i didn't get her name. i just didn't like that i went to get a oil change they checked it and i asked them if it was full and it was but they didn't say or ask if i would still like to get a oil change or not. To me if its full then i wouldn't think i need a oil change and the first thing i would ask the customer if they would still want to get an oil change. Typically do a great job, I go pretty consistently to the same shop. The staff are nice. The service is fast, maybe too fast. This last time they forgot to screw the plate under my car back in place and I didn’t notice until it was dragging down the interstate.
Well first I took my newly acquired used car in for check up and ended up getting gaskets replaced, I was pleased and returned to do more work. Asked for the heat to be fixed and replace cv boots and axles but they only replaced one because they couldn’t get the other one out but never fixed heat problems only saying we did the thermostat but never checked to see if heat worked. Told I was going to get a call back but never did.
Professional, everything to spec even used a torque wrench on the drain plug, not pushy pushing stuff you don't need but checked everything. Usually do my own oil changes and DO save money doing that but sold recent home and tools are in storage currently. Even tho i paid a little more and let them do it, I'm very satisfied. Good job guys
The one thing I appreciate was your honesty. You didn’t lie and try to embellish things wrong with car. You gave me a choice. I am a senior single woman. I appreciated the top offs that were free and the answers to questions were true. I have recommended you many times.
