Great service! Super fast! Saved me so much time on my cross state travel. They had the battery I needed for the right price. Best part was not even having to get out of my car and being all done within 10 minutes so I could get back on my 9 hour drive journey. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and efficient as well. Thank you again!
I pulled up around 8:03 am after making an appointment in the app the night before and they welcomed me with open arms. The staff were awesome and I stayed in the car and they were so friendly and did the job quickly. I am very thankful for Chad and his staff at jiffy lube for their service.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube due to the unprofessional behavior of an employee named Josh. From the start, he refused to properly scan my vehicle in, showing a complete lack of care or attention to the process. When I requested a top-off, which is supposed to be part of the service, he flat-out refused with no reasonable explanation. I was very impressed with the service I received when I went in for an oil change. Courteous and friendly staff . Explained everything to me and went through a whole check of the car. I recently purchased this used car and was happy to find out everything checked out well . Excellent service
