yes this is probably the worst service ever they offered alot of stuff i agreed and they took forever i highly do not suggest this place
I needed a quick tune up and oil change. They got me in quick and fixed my wipers which were way over due. I left satisfied. Kimberly is super helpful too. Ask for her. They all work super hard.
Had my jeep serviced at Jiffy Lube. After having a terrible noise develop in the top of the motor, as well as performance issues....took it to a Chrysler Jeep dealer. The mechanic that checked it said I had the wrong oil filter and that it was too small for my motor. After wasting three weeks trying to get Jiffy Lube to own up to their mistake and repair my jeep, they finally told me it was the correct filter and that they weren't going to do anything about it. It was the greatest experience I have ever had when having work done on my car. From the moment I pulled in and the attendant came until the moment I was escoted to my car. Fabulous, fabulous experience. SHANE and ANThony were so engaging. Great.
The customer service was very kind and friendly. Shane and his team are a blessing to your company. The hospitality shown makes you want to come back just for the great customerservice!!! Good job Shane in training and molding your team! I was also educated on what was necessary for my vehicle without any unsolicited pressure. Quick in and out!
This location on Irby Street was once my favorite place to go until recently I had them to repair my AC Service I've always use them to change my oil and they always do a wonderful job recently I had them to repair my AC Service on March 19th 2016 I went into the place to get my AC Service I went early that morning and the end result for that day is I ended up waiting 5 hours I had to keep going to whoever came in the door to ask what was taking so long on one occasion I was told they had to replace a part but I will be fini... read more
I hate getting my oil changed. I'm always talked down to because I'm female, but not here, not even a little bit. Steve was fantastic, as was JT (John? I know he was an Army vet at least because we chatted about it) at the location on West Evans. Both those guys made me sure to return as long as we're here in Florence.
I just gotta brag on the fantastic service I recieved at Jiffy Lube on Irby Street. I went there today to get my oil changed and the guys there were so nice and kind! They opened my door for me, I waited maybe 30 minutes max (mind you, I didn't have an appointment or anything) and they even left me little peppermints in my car! It turned my whole day around. I wish I could get my oil changed again tomorrow just to go back!!!!
