I stopped here on the way home from a road trip to get my oil changed, and was highly satisfied with the service. Mary W. was very friendly and informative about my vehicle's status with the air filters and oil and such. I have gone to other jiffy lubes in Indianapolis for oil changes and such, and while I have never had a bad experience, the staff here explained things more which I appreciated and it was also a nice touch that they vacuumed the floors while we waited. I went here for an oil change, based on what my last oil change's sticker (the "Your Next Service is Due At...") told me to do. The extremely kind and honest person there told me that I really don't need one yet. (They said the date on my last Jiffy Lube sticker wasn't appropriate for the make of car that I have.) They still checked my tire pressure, the level of my oil, & my engine air filter (because I told them that it's been a long time since I replaced that) and topped off what needed to be topped off. Amazing place of business. They know how to treat customers. Offer service with a smile and very pleasant. Air conditioned lobby with coffee and bathroom as an option while you wait. Offer free vacuuming of car. So glad my husband and I go here!
I took my mother's car in for an oil change. The whole crew was courteous and efficient. Mary was exceptionally polite and professional. I was in and out quickly. The price was competitive. No complaints from me!
My new car was leaking oil so I stopped in to have it checked out before driving too far. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. They found the problem and topped off my oil for me free of charge. I definately recommend.

I've been to all different kinds of places for oil changes, but this has been the best. After my last oil change, I noticed some fluid coming from under my car. I took it back and they got me right in. Checked and found the issue (was not their fault) and fixed it. They explained the whole process and showed me the parts. They also told me to come back if I had any more issues. That's excellent customer service.

This oil/ multicare auto shop was great!!! I loved the service I got! The manager, Derek, and Sydney and Carl ( the mechanics) were so professional and so helpful. They answered all my questions and took all the time needed to be sure my car was done right and that I understood everything. I was so pleased and so happy to finally find a place that was honest and really did everything they told me. I had the best experience. By far the best customer service. I was in a bind, needed my flat tire fixed ASAP. Derrick was super helpful, called to a different location to get a tire for my car as they did not have it in stock there. Derrick personally drove to pick up the tire. He had my car ready and back on the road in an hour. They went above and beyond. I am truly grateful for their kindness and customer service!

TJ was extremely professional and had good presentation skills. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He definitely tried to upsale me on just about everything which is cool. He was just doing his job. Overall, I would say they have fast and friendly service with a little bit of pressure added on the customer to buy more than what they came in for.
