We recently took our car to Jiffy Lube on Oakton St. for a routine oil change. The process started off fine— the staff was quick to get the car in, and while working on it, they pointed out that one of our light bulbs wasn’t functioning properly. They offered to replace it, and we agreed, thinking it’d be a simple fix. That turned out to be a huge mistake. Was out relatively quickly. They weren’t pushy about the additional work they recommended, and even helped me with a slightly bigger discount when I was pondering one of them but had initially decided against the cost. They have coupons on their website usually, which is nice to take advantage of.
These guys are awesome! Oil change went as smoothly and quickly as possible to get me back on the road! Knowledgable as well! Will come back to get my next oil change done here!
These guys were awesome! I came in on a holiday, which was Martin Luther King Day on a Monday. Wasn’t sure they were open explaining to them that I feel that my car was low on oil which it was my cabin filter. My oil filter all had to be changed and they explained everything to me what had to be done offer me deals and stuff so these guys worked awesome I was there maybe no longer than 20 minutes I was in and out. I recommend there guys
Pretty quick and they seem really honest. They showed me my cabin and air filter and let me decide if I wanted to replace them whereas other places try to force you to spend money.
