We recently took our car to Jiffy Lube on Oakton St. for a routine oil change. The process started off fine— the staff was quick to get the car in, and while working on it, they pointed out that one of our light bulbs wasn’t functioning properly. These guys were awesome! I came in on a holiday, which was Martin Luther King Day on a Monday. Wasn’t sure they were open explaining to them that I feel that my car was low on oil which it was my cabin filter. My oil filter all had to be changed and they explained everything to me what had to be done offer me deals and stuff so these guys worked awesome I was there maybe no longer than 20 minutes I was in and out. I recommend there guys

2 issues with my last visit. First one, they left the cabin air filter cover off and I found it in my back seat on the floor. Not a big deal as it's easy to put back on, but the main concern was them trying to hustle me on brakes. They told me my front brakes were measuring at 2mm and my backs were "a little better" measuring at 3-4mm. I just got brakes done 6000 miles ago and told them that. I brough the car to my mechanic and they told me the fronts were measuring at 5mm and the backs were 6mm. Honesty and integrity is hug... read more

I took my truck to get an oil change. They sat me in the waiting room, took my money, and I was good to go. However, after about 1000 miles my engine stopped. Got it towed, checked by a mechanic. No leaks, barely any oil in the engine. His diagnosis: someone didn't put enough oil in the engine. Called Jiffy corporate, was told to call the location. Called the location, they claim everything was done right. Yet the engine is locked and the repair is over $12k. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM

They did a pretty good job. The only thing I'd say I didn't appreciate was they wiped all.our windows which I thought would be great..well they were dirty rags an left them horrible once they dried an had to clean them correctly. Otherwise we were satisfied with everything else.
