I love this location. I think all of the employees are extremely helpful, and friendly. I have always been treated fairly and with respect. I am appreciative of the transparency they offer. I have always been pleased with my service here.

This Jiffy lube is excellent. They are thorough and fast. They always check extra details like exterior lights and switches. I've used the Southport Rd. location the last 3 times and their work is constantly impeccable. The people are care about the quality of their work. Their customer service is excellent! I will not be going anywhere else.

Excellent service. The manager Mario was very personable and informative. He gave me discounts on fixing my rear lights and was patient with me being annoying and changing my mind several times. I know some people have complained about how they try to sell you a bunch of extra stuff when you just want an oil change, but come on--that's every Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, etc kind of place that offers quick and convenient oil changes when you need one without having to make an appointment. I won a free Jiffy Lube oil change from a local charity event so when my car needed an oil change, I hopped on Yelp to find a Jiffy Lube with great recent reviews. This location fit the bill. Service was incredibly fast and efficient. Cleaning my exterior windows was a nice touch. I'd return again!

There was a little wait but the waiting area was clean and comfortable. They showed me my filters and only recommended one. The guy wasn't pushy at all just informed about the filters and what they do. I ask Maria about my battery she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She also answered all my tire questions.

If you have a head light or break light out and don't know how to change it. Bring it here. If you bring the light bulb they will change it for ya for 10 bucks. Can't go wrong with that.
Considering I have never left a review for Jiffy Lube before, I'm going to ignore the sad fact about Jiffy Lube experiences as I write this - in that they tend to fluctuate extremely from visit to visit/location to location - and start fresh. A note to start - always check Yelp/Groupon for discounts. Today I was able to cash in on a Groupon that made my Full Synthetic oil change more than half off, plus a tire rotation.
