Always had good service here. Employees from what I've observed do each individual inspection and tasks as notated on Service slip. Recommendations are made,ex.Air Filter,Cabin filters,etc., and Im never pressed to do the replacement if i choose not to. Work is done on a timely manner and your back out the door. They provide service on both our Honda's.
This place is fantastic when it comes to customer service. I had to tell everyone there how much I appreciated their attention to detail. This is how customers were treated in the old days (and I know about those days, 77 years old, and that is 539 in dog years). I highly recommend this jiffy lube!!!
The New Castle Jiffy Lube is our go to place. They are always attentive and courteous. Very quick to get us scheduled for brake work and very affordable. Turn around time was amazing. Oil changes are quick and effortless. Check them out!
I was worried pulling in at 5:15 that I may not make it in by the 6:00 close for an oil change. This was my first oil change in my new to me car. The attendant explained that my car manufacturer requires a couple of different things. I appreciated the information. I watched the guys change my oil and fill my fluids and I really liked the Motley Crue song choice because they were singing it. They were having fun while working.
