From the first time I contacted Hers & His Plumbing, I've been impressed with how professional they have been. They always showed up when they said they would and were patient with me in answering all my questions regarding the new thankless hot water system. The install turned out great. I couldn't be happier!

They are extremely responsive and take care of everything from removal of old tank to full replacement with a better solution for continuous hot water. They won’t let you add something if it’s not going to benefit the homeowner! I tried, and they explained why it won’t work or help and recommended a much cheaper responsible method to achieve same result.

So I tried to do a repair on my own I have done many times, but today I wasn't as lucky. We called around 11am on a Friday and Casey Valentine from Hers and His plumbing showed up around 2 pm and was very kind and considerate and amazing with his repair. We will use them again, keeping their card handy. We highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Company was efficient and cost effective. Keep me abreast of the whole project from start to finish. There bid was $270 less expensive then a competitor. Felt like I could trust them for truth with regards to the situation needing repairs . Another words. I didn’t feet price gouged like so many plumbing companies.

Casey did an amazing job! Our toilet hasn't been working for about a day. He showed up extremely fast, gave excellent customer service, and was done within ten minutes. I will always use this company for my plumbing needs in the future!
