From the first time I contacted Hers & His Plumbing, I've been impressed with how professional they have been. They always showed up when they said they would and were patient with me in answering all my questions regarding the new thankless hot water system. The install turned out great. I couldn't be happier!
So I tried to do a repair on my own I have done many times, but today I wasn't as lucky. We called around 11am on a Friday and Casey Valentine from Hers and His plumbing showed up around 2 pm and was very kind and considerate and amazing with his repair. We will use them again, keeping their card handy. We highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
Casey did an amazing job! Our toilet hasn't been working for about a day. He showed up extremely fast, gave excellent customer service, and was done within ten minutes. I will always use this company for my plumbing needs in the future!
Casey came out and took care of my water heater... Replaced corroding lines and a bad expansion tank. He worked quickly, neatly, and produced an excellent result! Mastery at work... Would gladly hire them again for future plumbing needs.
