Went a couple of weeks ago, have always enjoyed the food, but this time, found a roach frozen in the ice in my water. I discreetly told the waitress, thinking she would tell management, but she just said "I don't know how that happened", and carted it off to the trash. I will not be back...if there are roaches frozen in my ice, what else is in that kitchen.
Will never go back! I don't understand how there are cars there on Sunday mornings on our way to church! My husband keeps saying it must be for the drinks before mass! Nasty How is this place still in business? Terrible everything. Atmosphere, (cartoons on the televisions and way too loud) Service, (had to beg for service and never once did i get a drink refill without flagging down waitstaff) The food was terrible. My combo plate was bland and cold. Nix was even worse. When we pass them on the road she still jokes about "how can you mess up chicken nachos?" We eat...
Horrible.. We just moved to Little Elm and wanted to try the local restaurants, but wish we would have skipped this one. The food was generic and tasteless, but left a better taste in my mouth than the service. We were the only people in the restaurant and still received poor service. I guess the 4 waitresses and hostess working were so busy talking about themselves they forgot they were at work!
