Janet was wonderful - it was SO helpful to have her bring all kinds of samples to my house so we could see them in the light, next to the tile, and right by different pieces of furniture. I know this was a major reason that I am so happy with the end result. In addition, her installation team did a truly professional job - paying excellent attention to every detail.
