Glen explained the product well and helped me choose my flooring. The installer Jim and his assistant Blaire came on time. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up thoroughly. I am so happy with my new floor that I sent pictures to everyone. I highly recommend this company.
Glen was great, from thoroughly going over all the options to a beautiful installation. We were unfortunately dealing with a floor disaster in our kitchen where a bad product from a previous install (flooring from another company) was popping up under our feet.
