These guys were great to work with. We had a small spot of carpet that they were able to replace, and they saved us from having to replace an entire room of carpet! The repair turned out perfect, and you cannot even tell where it is. They kept in contact with us when they were on their way, and they showed up when they said they would. We highly recommend Floor coverings international of mentor.
I have used Floor Coverings International as a repeat customer. They are the only flooring company I would do business with due to their professionalism. I think their prices are comparable and they took time to review the differences and warranties of the carpets I selected. I have 3 Malteses' and I selected a carpet that is stain resistant with a pad that does not absorb any misses my dogs have when they go potty. I love my new floor. It is beautiful and transforms my entire room. Everyone was so kind, helped me to select the wood, and installed the floor so expertly. The gentleman who installed the floor explained the entire process to me, installed it so professionally, and cleaned all of the original flooring away.
