Phil and his team are fantastic! Our red oak hardwood floors went from a dark espresso finish, to being sanded and refinished to its natural wood state. Looks incredible and a whole new life to the house. Communication, guidance, empathy, and integrity describe our entire process and experience. My experience with Phil and Lisa Wade at Floor Coverings International couldn’t have been any better. At our initial meeting Phil was very thorough in explaining our carpet options for four bedrooms. There was no pressure to buy and he was actually able to beat the pricing of the other major national brand we interviewed. To top it off, Phil’s installation team was top, top notch - very experienced, professional and polite. All in all, definitely a 5-Star experience.
My wife and I needed to add carpet to our stairs after slipping a few times on the wood. Phil was very responsive and came over and he couldn't have been more helpful/informative. The carpet we selected was amazing and the finished product looks better than what we expected. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely be using them again in the future for any other work we might need done. 100% recommend! Thank you, Phil!
We needed to replace our well worn builder grade carpet. Phil came to our house with samples and explained our options thoroughly. The install team did a fantastic job as well. Highly recommend.
We had our carpet taken out of our master bedroom and replaced with Vinyl hardwood. Jess, the project manager/salesperson, was amazing and helped us pick out the right flooring for our needs that was almost an exact match to our hardwood floors throughout the rest of the house.
