We had the old carpet replaced to LVP. From the initial visit to the finished product was such an easy experience. They listened to what we were looking for and helped guide us in the right direction. We received a fair quote that never changed. The quote we got is what we paid. The guys putting the floor in worked so hard from start to finish and did such a great job. They even fixed the squeaky parts of the floor! Josh has been awesome since we met him, at the home show. He made 2 separate trips to our house to help us decide what to do to. He fully explained everything from start to finish. The communication about everything was exactly what we needed. Our next update will be carpet and we won't be calling on anyone else. Joshua and his team were amazing…brought samples to our house…gave a very competitive price (contractor friends who assured us the price was quite competitive!)…helped us get the project done quickly and in the middle of our very busy schedule…did great work…even provided pics since we couldn’t be there to observe the progress! These guys are great! Nate was very communicative with us the whole time throughout the process. We had a quick turnaround time as we wanted to finish our basement before Christmas and they were able to get our carpet and wood flooring in asap and get it done. The whole project took only two days and now our basement is somewhere we want to actually spend time!
