We used Floor Coverings International to install hardwood floors in our kitchen and we couldn't be more pleased! They removed and cleared the old tile we had and took great care to prepare the floor for the hardwood. The whole project took 3 days, which was great. We just hired Floor Coverings International to install carpet on the second floor of our house. They made the entire process super easy, from carpet selection (from the comfort of our own home with their mobile showroom) to installation and cleanup. I would highly recommend Rocco and his team.
We called FCI for an estimate. They had good reviews, and they said they had a full showroom in the van. Vince came, was very knowledgeable about both vinyl and wood flooring, showed us many samples, no pressure on what product to purchase, just pro's and con's. We placed, our order, and within a week, received a call that our product arrived, and they would like to deliver. Very happy with my experience getting new carpeting through Floor Coverings International. Communication was great throughout and Vince and Rocco made sure everything went smoothly. The installers were hard working and courteous. All did a great job making this an easy and efficient process. Very pleased with the results. I would definitely use them again.
Great experience! Vince was responsive and helpful. Brought us lots of samples to choose from. Love how our stairs look now. Carpet feels great under our feet!
