We had a wonderful experience with this company. The floor was very professionally installed and they gave us great advice on the layout. It looks wonderful. The team did an excellent job. The lead installer AJ is very talented and his team also very skilled. The manager Dave was a joy to work with. The total cost was also very competitive and it was the best deal we found amongst other companies that gave us a quote. Overall, a great experience.
We were needing carpet out in rural Surry County and were having some issues finding coverage, but Dave came out and gave us an estimate and multiple options of carpet to choose from after listening to our thoughts on what we were looking for. As we were doing this during some construction, timing was a bit delayed but Floor Coverings was great in being flexible and working with us on a later install date. Removal of the old carpet and installation of the new was seamless and perfect. Great service and friendly team!
Dave came out and looked at my kitchen floor, gave me a quote right after and we sealed the deal. Supplies were in under a week, got the call it was ready. They came out the very next day and got the job done for me. Floor looks amazing, workers friendly and fast. Highly recommend!
Dave from Floor Coverings International identified a crack in the foundation that was the source of damage to our floor. Following repair of the foundation problem by another contractor, the flooring was replaced by Floor Coverings International. They did a wonderful job restoring the integrity and appearance of the floor. We couldn't be more pleased with their work!
