This was our first time using Express and we were very pleased with the service. They offered same day service, even though it didn't work for me, I appreciated being offered a quick response. Jeff was very personable, and explained things as he worked. He had to locate our tank and was conscientious to give it his best effort so we weren't charged more. Outstanding service on short-notice pumping of septic. Friendly and cordial scheduling staff and technician who arrived promptly and did a great job. The technician was very informative and clearly explained the operation of the septic process and offered good advice on maintaining the system. I feel that I received a very professional service from the time I called their office through to the time the technician cleaned up and drove away. I recommend them highly.
