This was our first time using Express and we were very pleased with the service. They offered same day service, even though it didn't work for me, I appreciated being offered a quick response. Jeff was very personable, and explained things as he worked. He had to locate our tank and was conscientious to give it his best effort so we weren't charged more. I had call Express Septic & Drain Cleaning yesterday to see when they could come out and to my surprise I got scheduled for the very next day. Levi came out and was very professional.
