First they scheduled for installation on Wednesday April 9, I moved all other appointments to April 10. They called me back on April 8 and rescheduled to April 10, this is screw up all my other appointments. Second when they started to install my door and the guy said I had to use the old track. I told him that I already paid for new track. I started recording his work to get the proof that he didn’t replace the new track. He told me stop recording. The service man that came Was great. And the job was done quickly for the broken tension spring on the garage door. It was my own mistake not to research prices before I booked them and accepted the service. I later found out I way overpaid after some research … it is my own fault but nevertheless very disappointing They installed my door in 2014 for a great price and I trusted not to be ripped off on a repair. I will definitely shop around before using them again.
I'd give Door Pro Amer. 10 stars if I could. Lacey (service scheduler) and Wes (local mgr) and their team are first rate when it comes to Customer Service. The Door Pro Team is knowledgable, cooperative, adept at troubleshooting, and very nice to work with. They can handle challenges creatively and efficiently. They get 10 stars for communication too!
Had the pleasure of dealing with Bruce. Super quick to respond to my texts. Door looks great. Did what he promised regarding time frame etc. Very happy.
I couldn't be happier with their service from the salesperson to the installers. All Door Pro America staff were friendly and competent in their jobs. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. PS, I had a garage door opener installed
