Installation is good but Matt Rush sales rep did not put installation of the new opener, which I bought from costco, in the contract which we agreed in the total price, and service men (subcontract to platinum garage door)charged additional installation of opener $200 in cash which should be part if the contract. If I don’t pay in cash they said they would tear the door down. I paid in cash additional $200 and installed opener. I called Matt several times but Matt Rush did not call back. I bought my garage door from Door Pro America as a Costco member 5 years ago. I bought a service plan because it needed maintenance to stop the squeaking after all that time. They came to lubricate the door and all moving parts. The service technician also connected a surge protector as promised with the plan. He also discovered that the hinges needed to be adjusted to make the door open & close more smoothly with less stress on the door. Door Pro America did an excellent job with my new garage door installation. The install team was professional, arrived on time, friendly and finished the install in the time frame they told me when they started. Door operates is perfect. Very satisfied, nice job!

Setting up an appointment was easy. The technician is very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the sensor and cable. He also clean and lubricate door hinges to eliminate noise when the door opens/closes. Very well recommended with reasonable price.
