Recently had my garage door replaced by this company- my door was a unique size and they did an excellent job. The installation ETA was accurate- approximately 6 weeks from date of contract signing: quick installation just under 3 hours including an electrical issue (on my end), very respectful installer. Matt was very polite during the consultation and had great communication. They ensured I fully understood how to set up the code / app etc. Highly recommend this company!
Was Having a problem w my garage door & sensor. Called Door Pro for service and they came about a week later to fix. The service guy was great! Soo nice and really took the time to fix the sensor and replace and repair broken parts! Very efficient & works great now! Very happy w my service! Thank you!
Great experience with all the techs that came out from the garage door, to opener and keypad/light installation. They were professional and knowledgeable. Answering any questions and concerns I may have as well as suggesting next steps to any future projects I want to review.
Very easy to deal with, always returned my emails regarding any product or pricing issues. Price of garage doors & installation prices were extremely competitive & couldn’t be matched by 2 other companies that I received quotes from. The install date was even earlier than expected, & the installer was extremely knowledgeable, professional, & did an awesome job. I would highly recommend DoorPro America & glad that Costco used them to install the garage doors.
Bought my two LiftMaster garage door openers through Costco. The process was super easy. Door Pro America contacted me right away and scheduled a salesman to come to my garage to give me the estimate. Their price was super good (I compared prices with other installers). There was also a 15% Costco gift card in addition to their low price. Next the installation, done very efficiently and clean work site when finished.
