I generally have no problems. Tonight was very different. Some of the issues that were noted were the pizza tracker was saying pizzas were ready but they were not. There were 3 customers besides me that had to wait for pizzas were that were supposedly ready. I ended up waiting at the store for over 40 minutes. Order my pizza at 8:30, I got it at 10:15. Was very cold when it was finally delivered. I also order a salad with extra ranch, I got 3 small cups that you would get for dipping. When I called to ask where my food was after 1 hour and 15 minutes the employee was very rude and hung up on me.

Most disgusting pizza iv ever had in my life. Zero sauce, not toppings showed up cold and thrown all over the place. Not sure how this place is in business because you will not see another dollar from me

This is the worst pizza place in the whole SOM. I ordered pizza to be delivered at 1130a and received the cold burnt pizza around 2pm because they did not have a delivery driver. Instead of letting me know that there was no delivery driver they just thought cold burnt pizza would be okay to deliver. I contacted them immediately and was told they would give a full refund and as of today that did not happen. The manager in this location are not very smart and are very unfriendly. Tried ordering delivery. Said it was done by 5:06. Still wasn't here by 6:06. Hadn't even left the store. I called and he said it would be on its way soon but they were gonna send the food that had been sitting there for an hour. I canceled and they seem annoyed. I live 5 minutes away and delivery time said 15-32 minutes.
