I generally have no problems. Tonight was very different. Some of the issues that were noted were the pizza tracker was saying pizzas were ready but they were not. There were 3 customers besides me that had to wait for pizzas were that were supposedly ready. I ended up waiting at the store for over 40 minutes. Miguel and Jesse are absolutely amazing. The website kept trying to send my delivery order to the Gull Rd store for some reason. Called and spent over 10 minutes trying to figure that out. Ultimately they suggested I place my online order for carryout and they would change it to delivery. 10 out of 5 stars for service and just general helpfulness.

Had Delivery while I was visiting my daughter. It was always quick and the food was always good. I’m a picky eater and always make my order. Strange but they always got it right highly recommend this location.

The person taking the order in person at the counter was negative and rude. I wanted 20 pizzas originally. When I said that she was irritated, I had to settle for 16 which ended up not being enough. How much longer would 4 more really have taken.Wont be going back to that location again, customer service is dead there, sad!

Order my pizza at 8:30, I got it at 10:15. Was very cold when it was finally delivered. I also order a salad with extra ranch, I got 3 small cups that you would get for dipping. When I called to ask where my food was after 1 hour and 15 minutes the employee was very rude and hung up on me.
