Technicians from Cool Today are consistently very polite and knowledgeable. The company has good software to alert customers when the technician is on the way and provide a photo of who is coming - great security approach. Getting on the schedule for routine service has been tricky in 2025 - a visit planned for 1Aug25 was booked in May and was canceled at the last minute - good recovery by getting a technician out at 8am on the next day which was a Saturday. You do need to book - their schedule gets full far ahead.
I had an excellent experience with David O. for my AC maintenance! He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It's clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
Love the professionalism, I have 2 A/C units and David Oquendo was great. He was very informative and knows what he is doing. I will get the membership only if I can get David to do the services. Thanks for getting my units working smooth again
Unfortunate that I had to replace my AC unit, but couldn’t have asked for better support from Cool Today. From the quote process with Joshua to the implementation team of Clayton and Esteban, it was a good experience. Clayton and Esteban stuck it out through some serious heat in the attic and stayed focused on the job all day, until the new system was working flawlessly. They were superb! I hated to have to spend the money, but really glad I went with Cool Today to do it.
Excellent service from Cool Today! Friendly representative scheduled my appointment so our issue could be resolved same day. Emmanuel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired our water heater issue quickly and with complete professionalism. Will definitely recommend Cool Today to my neighbors!
